In order to access secure information from SED's data systems, you must be authorized by the
County Fiscal Designee in your county. You can initiate this process by completing the form
below. Once you transmit a clean form, a e-mail will then be sent to your County Fiscal Designee which will include your User-ID and password. This is to ensure that the
County Fiscal Designee is aware of and accepts your access to secure SED data concerning your county.
It will then be up to the County Fiscal Designee to notify you of your User-ID and password.
