Online Grant System Account Registration Form

In order to apply for the NYS Archives Local Government Records Management Improvement Fund (LGRMIF) grant program, your local government's records management officer (RMO) must have a NYS Directory Service account with access to the LGRMIF application portal, eGrants. If you do not have a NYS Directory Service account, or your current NYSDS account is not set up for eGrants, your RMO should complete the form below to register for an account.

Please note that per LGRMIF rules, only a local government's RMO can apply for a NYSDS account to access eGrants.

If you already have a NYS Directory Service account with access to the LGRMIF portal, you may proceed to the online grant system, eGrants.
