Beginning in the 2020-21 school year, the department will no longer be collecting course (BEDS assignments) directly from teachers using the Teacher Access and Authorization (TAA) application. All educator data will be reported directly by school districts, charter schools and BOCES using the Student Information Repository System (SIRS). Teachers will no longer need to create accounts, submit or review data from the department.

Where do I get my TEACH ID?
- Ask your school, BOCES, or district data coordinator.
- Log in to your TEACH account. Your TEACH ID is found under the Social Security number field.

- Any inaccuracies in your TSRV should be brought to the attention of your school, BOCES or district data coordinator/CIO
